It's not easy being an insurance agency in this modern age. We chose not to be a mega agency. We chose to stay small so we could better serve our clients. Recently, we decided that along with our end to a full 10 years in business we would reimagine ourselves. I would say yet again, but how cliche are we going to be here? So what do people really want from an insurance agency? After exhaustive research and speaking with some of our own clients, contact seems to be the key. Although, not too much contact. Okay, so how are we supposed to do that? Have to enjoy the fine line of customer service today. When we opened our doors in 2009 the number one goal of the agency was to be available to our clients right when they need us. No restraint on access to your agent. People one after the other came to us because they could never reach their agent. We heard, it's like they got the business and never contacted us again. Meanwhile, the client had been with them for many years. So, over the decade of service here are the simple facts we've learned. People want customer service. Of course they want competitive products. Of course they want to be able to reach the agent who sold them insurance. Of course they want to better understand the product they have paid for. And when something happens they want to know what they paid for will work for them. All wrapped up in a big red bow of do what you say you will do, when you say you will do it, and really know us if you can fit that in.
Here's our answer to all of that heading into our next decade as "The Agency." We are an independent agency who has grown a strong list of lead carriers to shop when we need to keep your rates competitive. We have a strong contact system in our agency you can easily opt out of if you prefer not to hear from us a couple times a quarter. Renewal time comes, you will hear from us and if it is time for us to go insurance shopping for you we will do that. Though we have office hours of Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm, we are available after hours with our after hours service line, we are avaialble via text and live chat through our website, and all of our agents keep an eye on our email throughout our business day. We are working for the 98% customer satisfaction because we are actual people and from time to time we will miss the mark, but the coolest part about our team is that we admit it if it happens. We are trying to work cleaner in the next decade so our team has a life outside of work as well. We are an actual team of people working for you not just your agent, so lean into the entire team. That is why it is possible for us to be available right when you need us after hours and 7 days a week. Someone is always taking a turn at the after hours wheel, so the rest of the staff can really live their lives after 5pm. That is why we stepped up our technology to fit all forms of communication for all hours of the day. We want to stick to our word on being available while making sure our crew has the time they need to experience their lives.
